SEAtS have scheduled the deployment of version 2025.06 to the SEAtS UAT platform on 01/09/2025 at 16:00 UTC. During this time there may be a short interruption to platform users.

Today, we are transitioning to a new Support Ticket system. As a result:
Clients will temporarily be unable to raise Support tickets. Inflight tickets will be migrated to your institution’s area for continued visibility. Closed tickets will not be transferred, but SEAtS will retain access to them for reference.
We expect the new Support Portal in HubSpot to be available later today. Once live, it will support both access to existing tickets and the creation of new requests. We will confirm its availability via an update on the SEAtS Status Page.

What’s Changing? As of Friday, 22nd August, the SEAtS Knowledge Base was no longer hosted on Freshdesk and has transitioned to Hubspot.
Hubspot is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform that enables us to manage all client interactions—from initial sales interest through to business-as-usual support—in one place.
Please note: After 28th August, Freshdesk will be fully retired. Clients will no longer be able to access or raise tickets via Freshdesk.
How Does This Affect You? There are two key changes:
Accessing the Knowledge Base
Access is now managed via an approved user list for your institution, coordinated with our Customer Success Team. On 22nd August, approved users were added to Hubspot and received an email to set up their password. Need to add more users? Just contact our Support Team to request access.
Raising Support Tickets
You can no longer raise tickets via email. All support requests must now be submitted through our new Support Portal on Hubspot 👉 'Raise a Ticket' 📘 'Ticket Logging Guide'
